BOXING

How You Can Benefit

Boxing is a sport involved with both attacking and defending with ones hands and is also called pugilism (fist fight). We will offer beginning, intermediate and fitness classes so our members will have the chance to not only learn the basics of boxing, but to get fit, exercise and challenge their minds in ways they never have before. We use only the best, and most advanced teaching methods to activate the minds of our students, and help them absorb all of the information presented. Learn and have fun all at the same time.
